Finally... Break!
Yay, I'm finally done finals! So close to Christmas too. I'm not done Christmas shopping nor did I even begin wrapping presents yikes! Christmas is next week and there's no presents under the Christmas tree yet, what a sad sight haha. Now I can relax a bit and hope I did okay.
In the midst of my stresses and studying, I also wandered off here and there online and managed to order me some stuff haha! Even when I'm not near a mall I still find myself emptying out my wallet somehow.
Hm.. it's a bit late to do what I initially wanted to do about posting up maybe a series of beauty stuff you might want to put up on your wishlist or maybe buy as a gift. I don't know if I'll even have time especially since Christmas is right around the corner. Sorry this post was kind of lame and boring haha! I was just happy I'm done exams!!
Oh and thank you for all the sweet comments you left on my last post ladies!!

Thank You!! + Late Night Playing
Awe, I have reached 100+ followers, thank you! Never thought that would happen! Actually now I have to buy RJ lunch at Johnny Rockets because of a bet we had.. if I reached 100 followers I would have to buy him lunch if I don't he has to buy me. He told me earlier this year that I'd reach 100 before the end of the year.. I didn't think that would happen so we made a bet hahaha!
To RJ: Thank you my dear for having faith and being supportive through thick and thin on this roller coaster ride of a journey of mine.
To this day I still remember Witoxicity saying to me, "Don’t fret, just be yourself and do posts on topics that you’re comfortable with. After all, you didn’t get 29 followers (30, if you include me) for nothing. You must be doing something right! :)"
I don't know if she knows how much her message meant to me. She's so sweet. I'll never forget it =).
Well, that day has come =). I was bored yesterday night and before I hit the shower I decided to venture into the unknown.. that is my long-time-no-touch eyeshadow drawer *gasp*. Finally, my eyeshadows were able to see light once again.

Well, that day has come =). I was bored yesterday night and before I hit the shower I decided to venture into the unknown.. that is my long-time-no-touch eyeshadow drawer *gasp*. Finally, my eyeshadows were able to see light once again.

I used a Coffret D'or neutral palette and Darkness EX lashes.

Oh and my skin has been feeling much better. I also realized that not only did it break out from using the Shiseido Benfiance emulsion that ONE time LOL.. but it was also incredibly dry, a result from these cold winter months.
So I picked up the Philosophy Hope in a Jar which brought great moisture back into my skin! It's VERY moisturizing and hasn't broken me out yet so that's always good! It cleared up my dry spots and so my skin feels much better now. I also got the Chi Infra Treatment.. confused with what I thought was the Silk Infusion. It's still works well, makes my hair all nice and smooth. The reason why I wanted to get the Silk Infusion is because I believe that's what the hair dresser used in my hair when he was finished the cut, plus I've always wanted to try it =).

Sephora & Clothing Indulgences: Dior
The weekend the Sephora had their V.I.B. 20% discount weekend happened, I thought that I would miss out on it since I checked my email too late (I worked on the weekends). BUT, thankfully I was still able to get the discount because my sister was going to the mall anyway to shop so I asked her if she wouldn't mind popping in to get me one thing =). It was great because Canadians weren't eligible for that whole Friends & Family sale thing they had online so I was able to cease the opportunity this time around.
It was funny because there was that day I went to Sephora where the V.I.B's were able to share their discount with a friend. When RJ and I went in it was PACKED. I was like.. what's going on here? I recalled a reminder on one of the blogs I read about some sort of discount thing so I went ahead and checked my email through RJ's iphone.. and there it was.. that darn email that I checked too late and thus unable to print it out. But in the end I got lucky with my sis hehehe.
I only got one thing from the sale, Dior powder, because I didn't really know what else to get. A week after the sale, I also got a Dior lipstick and the Dior Lipglow which I got at The Bay since Sephora ran out (Darn! Should have waited so that I could get it during the $20 giftcard thing for V.I.B.'s.. this always happens to me).
Oh Dior, how I love thee. I took this pic before I got the lipglow so it's not pictured.
Oops, forgot to include a photo of the shade. It's 020 'Light Beige' and blends pretty well with my skintone (that's a swatch you see that's unblended, plus my face is lighter than my hand). I had to second guess this by looking on the Sephora's website LOL. So glad it all worked out well seeing that this is my first ever foundation type thing I own and use for that matter. I was wearing this in my previous post showing my haircut.
I really love Dior's packaging. So divine.
And the oh so lovely Dior High Shine lipstick in 260 'Couture Pink'. I wanted to find the perfect pink lipstick for myself and ended up swatching and trying several at Sephora before ending up with this one. First real expensive lipstick I've splurged on XP.
And the Dior lipglow (that's already used hehe) with no swatch because my lips are really pigmented. It's fairly moisturizing and works well with my newly bought lipstick!
Now on to the clothing stuff!! I did not I repeat did not buy all this in one day. It's accumulative from the last time I posted a clothing haul which was ages ago..
Let me emphasize to you Canadians to go shop at Winners yo! They have some really great deals! As some have asked me before where I got the lipstick holders.. that's where I got em!
Now THIS is the best buy out of them all. I love it sooo much because it looks so good! All blingy! I don't own any type of top of this style because these never worked on me before so I never bothered trying them again. But this time around this design caught my eye and I just had to try it, good thing I did! Got it at Winners for $25!
This is by Mexx, also got this at Winners marked down twice to only $20. Can't remember the original.. but it was something around $60? Ridiculous I know.
This at Winners too for $25. It's very conventional because you can even pull it down to wear it for like clubbing or something. But I don't go clubbing or wear things that short.. BUT I can totally wear this with leggings when I pull it down too.. if I only that was my style.. haha, okay I was only saying how you can wear it many ways ;).
Got this one at Jacob Connexion, pretty cheap as I recall.. $10.

Yup.. you better believe it.. Winners! I was in need of some flat boots as I don't own any and need it for winter.. darn those ice patches. Nearly killed me last winter!
And my first flats. So many firsts LOL! Winners, $20.
Gotta love me some Vaughn Mills too! Absolutely love the Esprit store there. Great discounts, I got 40% off the outlet price too.
First kind of owning these kinds of wider belts. Left one is Esprit, right one is Nine West.
This is perfect for winter when the chilly wind blows and my ears are frozen! Sometimes I just don't feel like wearing a hat so this is perfect.
Earrings on special for 5 bucks!
And a lovely necklace from RW&Co. first kind of long necklace I own too.

The other day when I went shopping with RJ, I found this really cute Hello kitty shirt that was embroidered with little black crystal beads. I was hesitant to buy it at $25 and RJ goes to me, "You should get it. I don't know why you indulge in some things (beauty) and not others (clothes)." I don't know why either! Hahaha! Practically no hesitation on spending a lot on beauty yet when it comes to clothes... XD. Imagine how my wardrobe would look now had I spent on clothes instead of beauty *dreams* wahhhh!
Oh and one more thing.. the same day while I was at RJ's place, I decided to carry the Shiseido Benefiance moisturizer with me since I have it in travel-size (GWP). I know I know.. it's meant for older skin.. but I figured I'd just be using it very rarely and only when I need it at RJ's. Baddd idea. Not only was it thicker to what I'm used to now.. the smell reminded me of what my mom and grandma use. Needless to say it broke me out.. I'm still dealing with it right now haha. Final thought? Don't use products that aren't meant for your skin!!!
